Boasting 360-degree panoramic views that capture the impressive Sydney skyline to the Blue Mountains, Lady Banks Rooftop Bar beautifully balances the introduction of a modern and playful rooftop bar experience while paying elegant homage to it’s muse, the Lady Banks rose, named for Lady Dorothea Banks, wife of botanist and Bankstown namesake, Sir Joseph Banks.
We launch under the steerage of Francesco Motta. Italian born, Francesco brings a passion for food and drinks that started at a very young age thanks to his cultural background where hospitality is the cornerstone of family life. He will be joined by the young, up and coming Head Chef, Sarah Hanslow, who’s impressive credentials have already earned her a well-respected reputation in the industry. Together, they will deliver a food and beverage menu for Lady Banks Rooftop Bar inspired by tapas cuisine that is bursting with flavour, colour and aroma.
